Job summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Retail Support Associate in Las Vegas to assist the store team with daily operations and improve productivity. You will help manage shipments, inventory counts, repairs, and in-store merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, preparing transfer forms, assisting client advisors, and ensuring stock areas remain neat. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented and task focused.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed.
• Monitors the flow of shipments and follows up on discrepancies.
• Assist with yearend inventory counts including preparation.
• Determine appropriate methods of shipping and prepare relevant documents.
• Ensure all stock areas are neat, clean and orderly per company standard.
• Responsible for completing basic luggage repairs using small hand tools.
• Perform box counts and verify against bills; report discrepancies immediately.
• Assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery.
• Complete transfer forms.
• Receive merchandise onto selling floor and ensure cash wraps are stocked.
• Ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods.
• Perform deliveries as requested.
• Assist client advisors on the sales floor when needed.
• Utilize client tools to connect with clients regarding repairs or propose new products.
• Handle any new projects as required by management.
