Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Support Associate to help the store team with operations, shipments, inventory processing, and basic luggage repairs.

You will assist with stock placement on the selling floor, support client advisors, and contribute to a productive, customer-focused environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong communication and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound shipments, perform box counts, and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages
• Receive merchandise and complete transfer and shipping paperwork
• Assist with year-end inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
• Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools and handle requested deliveries
• Support the selling floor with product placement, stock recovery, and client advisor assistance
