Job Summary

The Process Lead (Retail Operations Supervisor) is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing merchandising, inventory, pet care, and overseeing store operations and associates to ensure a safe and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

• Support and train sales associates on product knowledge and presentation
• Mentor and develop team members, provide performance feedback
• Delegate daily tasks and lead when acting as the leader on duty
• Handle associate concerns and recognize engagement

Store Operations

• Implement merchandising strategies and manage inventory
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and conduct audits
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions
• Maintain store standards and compliance
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Manage pet care, including health and safety protocols

Qualifications

• At least 2 years retail supervisory experience
• Full-time availability with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Demands & Environment

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to pets and environment noise
