Job Summary

As a Process Lead (Retail Operations Supervisor), you will drive operational excellence in our stores, overseeing merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, and associate supervision to ensure a safe and organized environment.

Principal Responsibilities

People Leadership

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling, training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Delegate and validate daily tasks, lead as the acting store leader, and address associate concerns.
• Recognize and promote associate engagement.

Store Operations and Experience

• Implement merchandising strategies, manage inventory, and ensure store standards.
• Handle POS and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain pet care standards, including health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain organizational skills.

Physical Demands and Environment

• Stand, walk, climb, handle objects, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work in environments with pet hair, noise, and live animals.
