Blu Dot is hiring a Retail Operations Specialist to help build and maintain processes, tools, and resources for Blu Dot stores. You will work closely with store teams and cross-functional partners to simplify and improve how work gets done.

This role is hands-on and improvement-focused, ensuring operational excellence while supporting store teams and driving adoption of new processes and tools. Based in Minneapolis, MN with a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Retail Operations support channels and respond to daily helpdesk inquiries to address store questions.
• Maintain workflow exceptions to keep orders moving through the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain understanding of store processes, policies, systems, and standards.
• Serve as primary operational resource for store teams and clarify processes and systems.
• Support documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and operational resources for accuracy and accessibility.
• Partner with Retail Learning & Development to identify training needs and rollout new processes and tools.
• Support new store openings, closures, and other Retail initiatives as needed.
