Job summary

Ashley | The Wellsville Group is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator in Mentor, OH. This role supports retail management and the sales team, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to standard operating procedures set by the General Manager.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, process driven, and capable of training staff on current systems. Full-time schedule includes Saturdays and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw actionable conclusions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit all sales and payment transactions.
• Receive weekly merchandise transfer trucks.
• Conduct and reconcile weekly inventory; cycle counts.
• Review missed punches and overtime hours; assist with scheduling.
• Train team members on systems and processes.
• Oversee office and cleaning supply lists.
• Generate routine reports for GM or Corporate Operations.
• Serve as liaison between Corporate and Retail location.
