Job summary

The Wellsville Group, Ashley | The Wellsville Group's Mentor, Ohio location, seeks a Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure operational excellence in our store and support retail management and the sales team. You will work closely with the General Manager to execute standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is detail oriented and process driven, with full availability for a full-time retail schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, STORIS and POS systems.
• Ability to work full-time including Saturdays.
• Retail operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit all sales and payment transactions at the retail location.
• Receive weekly merchandise transfer trucks.
• Conduct and reconcile weekly inventory and cycle counts.
• Review missed punches and overtime for showroom staff.
• Help maintain showroom staff schedule.
• Collaborate with GM to support the sales team.
• Train staff on current systems and processes.
• Coordinate IT, maintenance and vendor needs.
• Resolve customer service concerns with the Customer Service Center.
• Review guest accounts for payment breakdowns.
• Reconcile showroom funds monthly.
• Generate routine reports for GM/Corporate.
• Liaise between Corporate and Retail location.
• Update walkie talkies; oversee office and supplies.
• Support company's vision, mission and values daily.
