Job summary

Kith is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for the Dallas store. You will help move merchandise from the central delivery point to the sales floor and support the Operations Management team to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include executing SOPs, assisting with inventories, maintaining back-of-house organization, and providing friendly service to customers. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a retail operations position.
• 1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to streamline the product cycle.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to both our external and internal clients.
• Consistently work with the sales-floor team to ensure customers are receiving product in a timely manner.
• Assist in Operations Management in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Executing any necessary assigned tasks before or after regular store operating hours.
• Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures.
• Promote and maintain an environment that focuses on delivering exceptional, in-store customer service.
• Display expert product knowledge of product, company history, policies and store strategies
• Assist store management with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and related tasks.
