Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction.
• Team player with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in executing store administrative functions.
• Ensures excellent customer experience through engagement and interaction with customers.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and supports onboarding of new Associates.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards.
• Assists with scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory, and requisitions.
• Ensures proper Associate coverage to deliver a positive customer experience.
