Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards while maintaining store organization.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed to meet business needs.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and follow procedures for cash handling.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Participate in store recovery, sanitation, and safety practices throughout the day.
