Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Retail Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and maintain an excellent customer experience. The role involves coordinating truck deliveries, training staff, and keeping the sales floor organized and compliant with guidelines.

You will work with a team, handle heavy lifting, and contribute to safety and store goals while supporting promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Organize back stock and coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to the floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and shop floor processing.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; monitor productivity.
• Support safety, labor compliance, and loyalty program promotions.
