Job summary

Marshalls in Tullahoma, TN is hiring a team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience on the sales floor.

You will train Associates, uphold safety, organize back stock, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience with 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and monitor productivity.
• Communicate priorities to management and provide progress updates.
• Uphold safety, labor laws, and loss prevention programs.
