Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and stocking efficiency.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards in the backroom area.
• Promotes safety, labor policies, and loyalty programs.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and program adherence.
