Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our HomeGoods store in Olathe, KS. This role supports receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring the team processes efficiently, and delivers a positive experience to customers.

You will help supervise and mentor Associates, oversee proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise, and work with the Coordinator on Duty to keep goods flowing to the sales floor. Nights and weekends availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Mentor Associates on merchandising principles and store procedures.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and staff.
