Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep processing efficient and team-oriented.
• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded, and stocked.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors team productivity and provides coaching as needed.
• Maintains backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
