Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and backroom processes.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded for sale floor readiness.
• Communicate with management to optimize flow of goods and priorities.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with store policies.
