Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engages customers to provide an excellent experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded and moves to the sales floor.
