Job summary

Sierra, part of the TJX family, is seeking a store associate in Charlottesville to strengthen receiving and merchandising while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. You will help orchestrate truck deliveries, stock the floor, and keep areas organized and tagged for easy shopping.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Provides progress updates to management on priorities
