Job summary

Sierra in Sparks, NV at the TJX family is seeking a retail associate to support receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a positive customer experience and a clean, organized store. You will help process merchandise and train teammates to follow store procedures.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $15.50–$16.00 per hour plus applicable benefits.

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.

• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed.
• Organizes back stock for replenishment.
• Maintains signage, adherence to policies, and safety.
