Job summary

HomeGoods, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team-oriented individuals to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will train Associates, manage back stock, and support store operations to ensure smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor and maintain clean, organized spaces.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and store remains clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintain signage, merchandising standards, and backroom safety.
