Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure product availability, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager while focusing on performance, people, and process.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards; adhere to dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty technologies.
