Brobston Group is seeking a Retail Operations Manager West to lead operational excellence for Vacheron Constantin boutiques in the western region. The role partners with boutique leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance, systems adoption, client experience, and retail performance.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Retail Management and 5–10 years in luxury retail operations, with travel to support regional activities.

Summary

Requirements

• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and client experience, with experience managing complex environments and cross-functional projects.


• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and retail systems.


• Proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented approach and ability to travel regularly.
