Levy Restaurants at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rank+Rally Retail Operations Manager to lead on-site retail operations, HR, and financials. You will implement standards, drive exceptional guest experience, and report to the Director of Retail to meet and exceed sales goals.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-unit retail leadership, experience with retail technology, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Qualifications

3+ years in multi-unit retail leadership, preferably in entertainment or dynamic venues.
Proven track record in store operations and customer service.
Experience with retail technologies and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting, training, and development of retail team for best-in-class service.
Ensure adherence to Rank and Rally signatures and standards.
Drive sales, customer experience, and visual merchandising excellence.
Oversee inventory, security, and cash controls.
Plan and execute off-site events and festivals.
Manage scheduling to meet labor budgets and targets.
