Job summary

Levy at Chase Field, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring an HR Manager to support our hourly and management teams. You will provide essential HR guidance, partner with operations, and ensure confidential handling of employee relations during games and events.

You will oversee recruitment activities, investigations, and performance management, while staying current on employment laws and HR best practices. This role requires flexibility across evenings and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and service orientation skills.
• Recruiting experience, including requisition management and interviewing.
• Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best practices with the ability to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with employees and operational leaders, providing timely HR guidance and support while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide onsite HR partnership during games, concerts, and events to support operations and respond to time-sensitive HR matters.
• Own employee relations from intake through resolution, including investigations and performance management.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HRIS, onboarding, payroll, and SOPs to ensure compliance.
