Levy at Chase Field is seeking a Rank+Rally Retail Operations Manager to support the Director of Retail in delivering exceptional guest experiences and financials. You will implement on-site procedures, lead the retail team, and drive sales goals with a focus on service, inventory control, and efficiency.

You will oversee signatories, reporting, and on-site events, working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.
• Proven success managing store operations and customer service.
• Experience with retail technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities
