CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will lead a store’s execution and performance, drive customer service excellence, and develop a productive, engaged team under the Store Manager’s supervision.

You will handle store operations, staffing, training, inventory, and financial management while modeling the CVS customer service culture and ensuring safety and quality in every aspect of the store’s daily activities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilités

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews; supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crews and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Customer service leadership: assist customers, address questions, problems and complaints.
