Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive retail operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record of multi-unit retail management.
• Direct experience managing and developing District Managers and Store Managers.

• Ability to travel regularly to various store locations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all retail locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and operational excellence.
• Directly manage, coach, and establish clear performance goals for District Managers and Store Managers.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for key retail personnel and field leadership.
• Monitor sales results and KPIs, partnering with store leadership to develop action plans for underperforming locations.
• Partner with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, monitor shrinkage, and support new store openings or remodels.

A rapidly growing, specialized specialty food and confectionery brand is expanding its retail footprint across the United States and seeking a high-impact leader to oversee and grow its East Coast brick-and-mortar storefronts.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance, efficiency, and consistent standard execution of all retail store locations while delivering an outstanding customer experience .

This role will directly lead and support field leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retail Operations & Standards: Oversee daily operations across all retail locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and operational excellence .
• Field Leadership & Coaching: Directly manage, coach, and establish clear performance goals for District Managers and Store Managers .
• Hiring & Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for key retail personnel and field leadership .
