Job Juncture is seeking a Retail Operations Manager – Multi Locations to oversee East Coast stores, drive standards, coaching, recruitment, and growth across the retail footprint.

The role guides field leadership, ensures consistent customer experiences, and leads performance initiatives. Based at multiple locations, travel is required to support store openings and remodels on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive retail operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record of multi-unit retail management.
• Direct experience managing and developing District Managers and Store Managers.
• Strong background in hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to travel regularly to various store locations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all retail locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and operational excellence.
• Directly manage, coach, and establish clear performance goals for District Managers and Store Managers.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for key retail personnel and field leadership.
• Monitor sales results and KPIs, partnering with store leadership to develop action plans for underperforming locations.
• Partner with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, monitor shrinkage, and support new store openings or remodels.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, company safety policies, and proper cash handling procedures.
