Pilot Flying J in the United States is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities, including travel center and restaurant operations, to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives, while driving sales, managing team members, and performing P&L analysis to sustain a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture

Responsibilities
