Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health in Yuma, AZ, will support the Store Manager in leading the CVS/pharmacy store, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through service excellence. The role requires strong leadership to engage the store team and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekends; willing to overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation of CVS/pharmacy store.
• Assist with sales, inventory management and employee staffing.
• Provide customer service leadership and build consumer loyalty.
• Supervise and direct the store crew; communicate openly with team and supervisors.
• Help implement actions plans for operational and service improvements.
