Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and foster exceptional customer service. This role steps in when managers are not on site to ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and the shopping experience remains outstanding.

As part of a part-time team, you will supervise crew, coordinate merchandising, assist customers, and coach colleagues to uphold CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong deductive reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate store systems.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is unavailable to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues (e.g., customer experience feedback).
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Support planning and execution of displays, signage, and weekly promotions
• Support off-shelf merchandise planning and maintenance
