Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health in Arizona engages in store leadership, driving execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service to build loyalty. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a productive team, implement policies, manage sales, inventory, staffing, and training, and ensure financial controls align with company goals.
