Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking an experienced leader for Talbots at Store 00008 Acton MA. You will create a welcoming customer journey and coach the team to deliver memorable service while promoting the brand and product.

The role requires strong leadership, a minimum of two years in specialty retail, and the ability to manage schedules, floor sets, and brand standards in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Customer-centric with strong service mindset and professionalism.
• Educator/coach/mentor who inspires team members.
• Organized and strategic with ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships with customers and staff.
• Lead the team with ownership of operations, scheduling, and store standards.
• Plan and execute floor sets, displays, recalls, and in-store marketing while upholding brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales/Service metrics and ensure goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws and maintain a positive work environment.
