Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking motivated team members for Talbots store operations in Acton, MA. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, styling guidance, and building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will support management, participate in service enhancements, and contribute to achieving sales and clienteling targets while adapting to evolving fashion trends and seasonal assortments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with integrity.
• Tech-savvy enough to navigate iPad/handheld systems.

• Comfortable with physical tasks including standing long hours.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs and reach/stretch as needed.
• Open availability for 15–20 hours weekly; flexible for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products.
• Assist management to build store business and operations.
• Support service enhancements and Concierge usage.
• Handle multiple customers, multi-task, and manage projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, fits, colors, and new arrivals.
• Create outfits using product knowledge and suggest complementary items.
• Pursue learning opportunities and meet sales/service metrics.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery.
