Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, guiding change.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales growth and store profitability.
• Forecast and manage payroll budgets and scheduling.
• Develop and coach a diverse team, provide feedback and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and SOPs.
