Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Remote Retail Operations Manager to oversee global fulfillment for key retailer accounts, balancing day-to-day execution with process improvements. You’ll partner with sales, logistics providers, and retailers to optimize on-time delivery and forecast alignment.

In this hands-on role, you’ll develop KPIs, track shipments, manage 3PL relationships, and lead launches of new products, leveraging data-driven insights to improve service levels and efficiency across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years in retail fulfillment operations or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs, sales, and logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Execute global fulfillment for retail accounts to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Develop and monitor KPIs for accounts, including on-time delivery and cost metrics
• Track incoming shipments and analyze inventory levels against retailer requirements
• Communicate with retailer partners on future orders and collaborate with sales on forecasts
• Establish and maintain relationships with 3PLs and transportation brokers
• Manage 3PL fulfillment and create Standard Operating Procedures for retailers
• Lead onboarding of new retail partners and product launches

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will oversee retail fulfillment operations that support key accounts and ensure products move efficiently from inventory through delivery. You will partner closely with sales, logistics providers, and retail contacts to improve service levels, track performance, and support new product launches. The position calls for a hands-on operator who can balance day-to-day execution with process improvement and cross-functional coordination. Success will depend on strong analytical judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to keep retail partners aligned on forecasts and order flow.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 annually

Responsibilities
