We are seeking a hands-on, driven Retail Operations Manager to lead daily operations across our growing boutique party store locations. This is not a desk job — it’s a working manager role where you'll be actively involved in supporting your team, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
We are an ambitious, scaling business with exciting plans for growth, and we’re looking for high-energy individuals who want to grow with us. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a strong leader, and someone who’s just as comfortable managing staff and vendors as they are helping a customer or preparing a delivery themselves.
Note: Flexibility is essential. Manager may be called in outside these hours for urgent needs. Typical work week is 40-50 hours.
