Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading operations or service teams.
• Experience scaling multi-location field operations.
• Experience managing P&Ls and driving profitability.
• Strong project management and resource planning skills.
• Excellent communicator who can influence across teams and levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Willing to travel as needed.
