Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably retail.
• 2+ years of experience with inventory control.
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory, coaching, or team leadership role.
• NetSuite ERP experience is a plus; experience with saved searches and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Coordinators.
• Audit coordinator’s work to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for inventory issues.
• Provide timely feedback and hold team members accountable for quality and productivity.
• Oversee annual physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Analyze trends to prevent recurrence and inform decisions.
• Identify operational gaps and propose scalable improvements.
