Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining store layout.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coach store associates.
• Support associate development and training across the store.
• Address employee concerns and grievances.
• Delegate daily tasks to meet business and pet parent needs.
• Lead and coach associates on operational processes for pet care safety.
• Coordinate staffing for key store areas.
• Communicate priorities to associates and ensure alignment.
• Maintain engagement and recognize strong performers.
• Oversee healthcare, inventory, pricing, and merchandising processes.
• Identify sales trends and operate within P&L targets.
• Manage labor and supplies; collaborate with Home Office.
