Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Leader at the Brick Commons store in Brick Township, NJ. You’ll lead the operations team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best to deliver an outstanding client experience.

This full-time hourly role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and develop teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensuring operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes and performance metrics.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and accountability.
