Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, drive execution of shipments, replenishment, and inventory, and maintain a high standard of efficiency and customer focus.

Reporting to Store Manager, you will coach selling associates, manage scheduling, ensure safety and asset protection, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong execution and operational expertise.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience using insights to drive performance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency.
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards.
• Support of floorsets and product launches.
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps.
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates.
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
