Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store-level execution with a values-based leadership approach, ensuring a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

You will own: shipments, replenishment, inventory, back-of-house efficiency, asset protection, floorsets, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless store operations.

• Ability to oversee shipments and back-of-house operations
• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and asset protection

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Manage back-of-house organization and efficiency
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, asset protection standards
• Support floorsets and product launches
• Identify and resolve operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates
• Lead performance and direction in higher volume environments
