Job summary

R301US Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to support store operations and leadership. You will assist in selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling while ensuring top customer service and adherence to policy manuals.

You will assume supervisory responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence, guide staff, and drive profitability. Prior retail and service-focused experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls and protect assets.
