Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in a full-time role. You will support the Store Manager in driving store execution, inventory, staffing, and customer service to build loyalty and keep operations running smoothly.

In this position you will lead a team, supervise daily activities, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with staff. A high school diploma is preferred and availability for early morning, overnight, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and store software.
• Flexibility for full-time shifts, including mornings, overnights and weekends.
