Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, inventory control and customer service excellence while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

You will lead a small store team, manage staffing, training, and financials, and partner with the Store Manager to implement action plans for operational and service improvements. Full-time, 40 hours weekly with some shifts outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
