Job summary

Sephora in Spokane, WA is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, inventory, merchandising and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the operations team, oversee replenishment and order fulfillment, coach associates, and uphold Sephora standards while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role is full-time, hourly pay $24.00–$27.50 per hour, with eligibility-based benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivating teams and fostering accountability and success
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact: oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards
• Drive brand presentation: lead visual merchandising, promotions, store maintenance, drive sales
• Support client experience: deliver exceptional service and help meet store goals
• Coach and develop: train team members on processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: promote open culture
