Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store upkeep.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and hit store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives.
