Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing and physical effort.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals and guest service standards.
• Manage scheduling, loss prevention, and back‑of‑house operations.
• Coach and develop associates, recognize performance, and drive engagement.
• Oversee floor sets, merchandising, and merchandising presentation.
• Protect company assets and ensure financial performance.
