Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through the change-curve.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling needs and communicate with the GM to maximize productivity.
• Review, analyze and react to financial and operational reporting, store visits and audits.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and SOPs; ensure inventory life-cycle processes are followed.
• Manage realignments, planograms, product demos, and inventory adjustments to meet targets.
